Summary: This area encompasses the second most concentrated set of caves in the northeastern United States and is extremely vulnerable to groundwater contamination.

Short Courses

Summary: Attendees are able to choose from multiple short courses in the morning and afternoon.

Wednesday, October 7, 2026

Presentations and Karst Clips

Summary: All presentations will be held in one room so that participants can learn about multiple disciplines and techniques related to solving karst problems. Karst Clips are shorter talks that do not have a full paper.

Thursday, October 8, 2026

Banquet, Presentations, Karst Clips and Poster Session

Summary: In addition to presentations and karst clips there will be a banquest lunch and a presentation given by a guest speaker. The day will conclude with a poster session.

Friday, October 9, 2026

Presentations and Afternoon Field Trip

Summary: All presentations will be held in one room so that participants can learn about multiple disciplines and techniques related to solving karst problems. In the afternoon there is an optional geology field trip to a nearby show cave.
